So, my question is: Is is possible to somehow import or transfer save files from epsxe memory cards to retroarch’s playstation memory cards. Go to the the root of your SD card, right click an empty area and click Paste. settings > saving > and turning dont overwrite saveram when loading savestate to on. The TF2 slot is for your game files, so you will want a larger card for that one. The TF1 slot on your device holds the system firmware, so for that card 16GB is ideal. mcr format cards for its mednafen core if I try to use my old cards I can’t load any save files. Latest firmware and OnionOS 3.9.2 I never used it with stock firmware, I installed onionos immediately using a new sd card (it came without sd card) When I try to save, in every PS game I have tried, it won’t find any memory card and won’t let me save the game. The RG351V will come bundled with a single microSD card, and in some cases two SD cards, but they are from a generic brand and will be prone to failure. Or just run a non-PSX game with either core and use the BIOSs memory card manager. I have been trying to somehow migrate my memory cards to retroarch but I have been unable to make any progress. You can either use the mednafen native format (.mcr) on slot 0 or the libretro format (.srm) In the newer cores you can also change the index of the cards (bottom of Quick Menu - Options) So you can switch during playing your memory card and RetroArch will create a new one (game.0.mcr, game.1.mcr, game.2. Also, if you need to transfer only specific saves from card to card, consider using 'PSX Memory Card Manager'. However, some of the PSX games cant seem to locate a memory card to save to in-game while others work no problem. Over the years I have accumulated a large number of game saves from various playstation games. Hello, Ive started using retroarch for some of my emulators (mainly PSX). I have only one thing stopping me from making the switch to retroarch, though. For many years I have been using psxe but it is simply not as accurate as retroarch’s mednafen core. I am impressed by accuracy of emulation that can be achieved using its cores. I have recently started using retroarch for its 5 gen consoles emulation.
